With 16 years of experience, Alana is a highly accomplished property professional with a strong track record across commercial real estate, government projects, and tenant advisory. She began her career at LJ Hooker, gaining broad exposure across residential and commercial real estate before moving to Commercial SA where she refined her expertise in the commercial sector by managing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets.

Driven by a desire to contribute to transformative projects, Alana spent eight years at Renewal SA, where she played a pivotal role in the development of Tonsley Innovation District. From a state government perspective, she oversaw all commercial aspects of the project, including strategic planning, property and facilities management, and the sale of commercial land allotments for a range of industrial and commercial uses. She also led leasing activities to curate a dynamic and sustainable business ecosystem within Tonsley.

In recent years at Broadway Property, Alana has assisted numerous clients across a range of commercial property matters, including sourcing and securing new premises while managing exit arrangements at previous locations. She has also provided ongoing lease management services for a number of retail clients, coordinated new fit-outs, conducted market appraisals across all property sectors and overseen asset disposal strategies and campaigns.
