With 14 years of experience in facilities and property management, Cham has successfully  managed a diverse range of industrial, commercial, retail, airport, construction and stadium  facilities. 

After completing a B.Sc. (Hons) in Facilities Management and an MBA in Sri Lanka in 2010,  Cham began her career as a Management Systems Coordinator with Maga Engineering, before  becoming a Senior Associate with Synergen Health, both in Sri Lanka. 

Cham then built a successful corporate career focusing on Management Systems and Facilities  Management both in Australia and abroad. This focus has been centred around large scale  sporting complexes, industrial, commercial and retail assets. 

Cham then joined Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, HIA in Qatar as Senior  Coordinator, before moving to Australia in 2018, accepting the position as Facilities Officer with  Minsa Cleaning and Maintenance Service. 

In 2019, Cham was offered the role as Facilities Manager with a large global corporate real  estate agency in South Australia. Here Cham was responsible for overseeing industrial  properties and a retail shopping centre, Charles Sturt Industrial Estate and St Clair Shopping  Village, on behalf of a national client. 

In 2024 Cham was promoted to Senior Facilities Manager (Associate Director), where her focus  shifted to more local assets, managing industrial properties for prominent national accounts in  South Australia, plus overseeing commercial properties and Renewal SA properties in the  Adelaide CBD.
