A Licensed Valuer, Ryan has focused on commercial and residential valuation as well as commercial real estate advisory and consultancy services across a range of different asset classes including commercial, retail, industrial, large scale infrastructure/commercial building and land portfolios, hotels and specialised assets. 

In the decade before starting Broadway Property, Ryan was a senior advisor and consultant within a commercial property firm before managing the national real estate advisory services team for a ‘Big 4’ global accounting firm.

Ryan’s extensive advisory and consultancy work has included strategic property portfolio reviews, highest and best-use studies, feasibility studies, tenant representation and advisory, transactions, joint ventures and project management.

Ryan’s previous clients have included institutional investors, unlisted funds, corporate organisations, major lending institutes, SMEs, private investors, developers, not-for-profit organisations and government authorities including the Valuer-General in Victoria and various government departments in South Australia.

Qualifications & Industry Experience

Bachelor of Business in Property (Val) (University of South Australia), Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) as a Certified Practising Valuer (Real Estate), Registered Sales Representative (South Australia).
