Sandra built her career in the UK, where she became a Director and equity partner of a London-based property management firm, acting for a broad and sophisticated client base including FTSE 250 property companies, property funds, high-net-worth individuals, REITS, developers and banks / receivers.

Upon relocating back to Adelaide Sandra has held leadership roles in both a leading international commercial real estate firm as well as an Adelaide based agency.

With extensive experience managing complex commercial and retail portfolios, Sandra brings a disciplined, risk-focused approach to property management, underpinned by strong technical expertise, rigorous lease administration and a clear understanding of institutional governance and reporting requirements. Her background working alongside a broad range of clients informs a proactive management style focused on protecting income, enforcing lease obligations and protecting asset value.

Sandra combines hands-on operational management with strategic oversight, delivering clear communication, strong compliance outcomes and trusted advice to property owners.
